Working process: feeding-RFID encoding-plasma-UV printing- collecting

The machine is made for the single sheet products, printing variable database, the codes never repeat. It can print barcode, QR code, number, character, image and so on.

It adopts Decard D8 contactless reader, support ID TK4100 chip reading and writing, support ISO14443 TypeA/B 15693 , as well as S50, S70 all sectors reading, writing and change password. The software can read the internal code of the chip and convert the printing format while generating the production log and save it automatically.

It is very flexible of the feeder, the width can be fine-tuned, and the thickness of the product can be fine-tuned by using a micrometer. It is suitable for 0.2 ~ 1.5mm thick products, the print position is adjustable by using the screw to adjust left and right. Adjusting the print position is more flexible, more convenient and more accurate. The printhead can be raised and lowered by one button of the cylinder. Cleaning the printhead is faster, and if the chip reads out unqualified products it will remove them at high speed. The products are collected by sensor collecting, and the overlapped material is fed in and collected neatly. The whole machine design is more user-friendly.
